In this article, Ken Kay and Valerie Greenhill co authored a book with a new focus on learning. They claim, “our system of education was built for an economy that no longer exists.” The kids of this day are no longer needed in jobs that require routine tasks, but rather jobs that require critical thinking. Kay and Greenhill’s book “The Leader’s Guide to 21st Century Education” tries to mend this issue by generating a roadmap for creating a classroom more apt to training children to think critically.
